If you are not completely satisfied with our Fall/Winter Tune-Up, it's free. Additionally, if you received a tune-up from Tidewater Service Agency and your furnace should break down during this winter season and we repair it, we will refund your your tune-up cost.Satisfaction
Any new properly installed, quality heating and air conditioning system should be virtually trouble-free. In the unlikely case Tidewater Service installs a system that is a nuisance or has unresolved problems, we will make any repairs, replace the equipment, or even return your money within the first year to ensure your total satisfaction.Comfort
If your system breaks down and cannot be repaired within 24 hours of your first call (within the first year after installation), we will provide temporary heating or cooling until we can resolve the unfortunate conditions.Heat Exchanger
Most furnaces come with at least a 20 year warranty on the heat exchanger. However, to us it doesn't make any sense to replace the heart of the system instead of just replacing the whole furnace. That's why if your heat exchanger fails in the first year after installation, we will replace your entire furnace - free of charge.Compressor Like a heat exchanger in a furnace, the compressor in an air conditioner is the heart of the system. Likewise, if your compressor fails in the first year, we'll replace the entire condensing unit - free of charge.
Ductwork
During your system analysis, we inspect your ductwork. If we state that it is O.K. and you have problems with it during the first five years, we will make any necessary repairs at no charge. This also covers any new ductwork we install in your home during the installation.Disclosure: Above guarantees are void of problems are caused by acts of God, abuse of system, or non-compliance to manufacturers instructions or recommendations.
